Test Results

From 2016, the government are changing how they report test results. They will no longer refer to levels but a scaled score with 100 being ‘average’. Pupils will be tested in year 2 and year 6 in Maths, Reading and SPAG (Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation) and a teacher assessment will be used for these subjects and for writing.

The table attached shows how well our year 6 pupils achieved last year (compared to schools nationally).  High expectations and great enthusiasm for learning are reflected in our strong results which have been sustained over time. Department for Education Performance Tables provide detailed analysis of Norton Primary school and other schools’ performance against a variety of measures.

Please find below the attainment and performance report and a link to the performance tables for Norton C of E Primary School.  17/18 report will be uploaded when the official data has been released.
