Health & Wellbeing for Parents

There are 2 new wellbeing courses coming up online for parents.

The courses are run by 2 lovely experienced tutors who can help parents find a way to living calmly through these stressful times.
The first course is Calming the Mind, a mindfulness course in the evening from 7:30-8:30pm.
The second course is Happier and Calmer helps parents explore the science behind feeling better. It  is running termly, starting again on 24 February.
