Church links in school:
We are proud to have strong and lasting links with our local benefice, which play a key role in the spiritual life of our school.
Our vicar visits regularly to lead worships, run prayer spaces, and offer support to our school community. These special moments give our children the opportunity to reflect, pray, and deepen their understanding of faith in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether leading a service or simply stopping by to say hello, the vicar’s presence helps to strengthen our Christian ethos and reminds us that we are part of a wider, caring church family.
Below are some photos showing one of the prayer spaces Reverend Joe came in to do with the junior children. They were reflecting on themselves, the wider community and the world. With a theme of peace running throughout. After explaining each station, the children were left to self-guide themselves to each one.
